tapcardsFrom account to introduction
Tapcards gives you one permanent digital address for your professional identity. Build it once, share it by link, QR code or NFC, and update it without replacing what you have already shared.
Account setup
Your account begins with a selected plan and a verified email address.
Compare Standard, Deluxe, Premium and Platinum. The selected plan determines which modules can be configured in the card builder. You can review every locked module before deciding to move up.
Enter your name, permanent email address, phone number and password. The registration system screens automated submissions, rejects known temporary-email providers and checks that the email domain can receive mail.
Tapcards sends a six-digit code and a secure confirmation link. The code expires after 30 minutes. Your account remains pending until the email is confirmed, and a new code can be requested if needed.
After verification, sign in to the dashboard. This is where you create cards, change templates, configure modules, publish updates and review the activity available with your plan.
Build the card
Start with the layout that best fits your work. A template controls the visual structure—not ownership of your information. Changing the template later does not change the card address or erase your saved details.
Enter your name, professional title, company, biography, email, telephone, website and office address. Adjust the accent color and use the location field for map directions.
Each capability opens the exact fields it needs. Social links ask for a destination URL; booking asks for a service and booking link; media asks for a file or media URL; commerce asks for product and checkout information.
Check call, email, website, map, share and save-contact actions. Review the card on a phone-sized screen, confirm the QR code opens the right address, and publish only when the profile is complete.
Sharing and receiving
Send the card address through email, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram or any other messaging service. The recipient opens it in a browser and does not need to install an application.
Open the QR button on the card and let another person scan it with their phone camera. The QR code can also be placed on printed material, signage, presentations or an email signature.
Program a compatible NFC card or tag with the public Tapcards address. The NFC item is simply another way to open the same profile; the digital information remains managed from the Tapcards account.
The recipient can save the card owner’s contact details and continue into the profile’s portfolio, services, social networks, booking tools or other enabled modules.
After publication
Update a telephone number, office address, title, photograph, color, social link or service without rebuilding the entire card. Published changes appear at the same permanent address.
Available tracking records meaningful actions such as profile views and link activity. The Platinum plan is designed for the complete analytics backend, including expanded sources, scans, clicks, saves and reporting.
Tapcards subscription billing pays for access to the Tapcards service. A card owner’s product checkout is separate and will connect to that owner’s approved merchant provider after the payment phase is implemented.
Use a unique password, keep the verification email current, sign out on shared computers and never place merchant passwords or private payment credentials inside a public card field.
